ship (H.M.S. "Triumph") being a sea-going vessel; (b) to the decision of the Colonial Governmt to establish a commercial "ireless "elegraphy Station, to be also available for naval work, for which Cap d'Aguilar is the only quitable aite.

4.- My Lords have consequently made a provisional arrangement, with the Colonial Government, through the Colonial Office, that the Colonial Government ghall erect at their own charg a "ireless Telegraphy Station at Cape d'Aguilar, and that the Mimiralty shall take over ita working, when erected, for commercial as reli as for naval turposes, All receipts from commers de mosgages will be credited to the Colonial Government (which will have incurred the expense of installation). The cost of maintenance including operators, is to fall in the first instance on naval funds, the Goverment of Hong Kong making a refund of part of these expenses, to be fixed hereafter when the proportion of commercial to naval work carried on by the station is known and this refund would be treated as an Approbriation in Aid of Navy Votos. The proportion thus falling on Navy Totes is likely to be small, but cannot in the nature of the case be stated.

The Colonial Office has accented a tender from the Anglo-French Wireless Company for the erection of a Station as described. No question of any royalty will rise under the contract, and the Company has provided it¬ble quaruntees against any ation for breach of
